These Comprehensive Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User," "you," or "your") and YS LIVE ("Young Streamers Lite," "we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a sole proprietorship registered under the Udyam registration scheme of the Government of India.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering with, or utilizing the Young Streamers Lite mobile application ("App") and any associated services, features, content, applications, or websites (collectively, "Services"), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
You expressly represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and possess the legal capacity, right, and authority to enter into this binding Agreement.
Certain jurisdictions may prohibit the use of our Services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access and use of our Services complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
For the purpose of clarity and precise understanding throughout this document, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
To access certain features of our Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted in the registration form, including but not limited to your mobile number, email address, date of birth, and other required demographic information.
You must provide your valid date of birth during registration. We employ multiple verification mechanisms to confirm that all users meet our minimum age requirement of 18 years. Any attempt to misrepresent your age will result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any other authentication information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or exhibited behavior that may harm our platform, other users, or our reputation.
You agree to use our Services in a manner that is lawful, ethical, respectful, and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

To provide full functionality of our Services, the App requires certain device permissions. By using our Services, you grant the following permissions:
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly if permissions are denied. We only access these permissions when actively required for specific features.
The Young Streamers Lite platform, including its proprietary software, algorithms, user interface, design, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of YS LIVE and its licensors.
By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise making available any User Content on the Services, you grant YS LIVE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating, providing, improving, and promoting our Services.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, or that may harm our platform or users.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Young Streamers Lite utilizes a virtual currency system consisting of tokens, coins, or other digital items ("Virtual Items") that may be purchased or earned through participation in the platform.
Virtual Items may be purchased through integrated payment processors including Google Pay Billing and Other Methods. All transactions for Virtual Items are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases of technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or as otherwise required by applicable Indian law (including Consumer Protection Act, 2019) or determined in our sole discretion. Once purchased and credited to your account, Virtual Items cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other value.
You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or other items of monetary value from us or any third party.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. Any billing disputes must be reported to the respective payment processor in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures.
We reserve the right to modify, eliminate, or adjust the pricing of Virtual Items at any time without prior notice.
Purchases of Virtual Items are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for Virtual Items once they are successfully credited to your User Account, as they are consumable digital items with no real-world monetary value.
However, in exceptional cases such as technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or as required under applicable law, you may request a review.
Please raise a ticket by clicking "Report an Issue" in your Instamojo payment confirmation email, or contact us at Contact for Refund/Dispute within three (3) days of the transaction. Provide clear details and any proof. Decisions are at our sole discretion.

To provide and improve our Services, we may collect technical information from your device including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, network information, and permissions usage data. This information is used solely for service optimization, security, and feature functionality.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by YS LIVE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that YS LIVE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YS LIVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YS LIVE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALLYS LIVE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YS LIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO YS LIVE IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YS LIVE and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat of arbitration shall be [Your City], India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YS LIVEregarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void.
