These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of behavior expected from all members of our community.

Creating a positive community is a shared responsibility between YS LIVE and our users. These Guidelines apply to all users equally, regardless of their status, popularity, or tenure on the platform.

We regularly update these Guidelines to address emerging challenges and incorporate community feedback. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Guidelines.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

2.1 Strict Prohibition:

Any content or activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Terrorist Content: Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations or acts of terrorism
  • Human Trafficking: Any content that facilitates or promotes human trafficking, modern slavery, or exploitation
  • Extortion and Blackmail: Attempts to extort money, goods, or services through threats or coercion
  • Fraudulent Schemes: Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, investment fraud, or any other financial scams
  • Identity Theft:Impersonation with intent to deceive or defraud others
  • Drug Trafficking: Promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia

2.2 Legal Compliance:

Users are responsible for ensuring their content and activities comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where their content is accessible.

3. MINOR SAFETY AND CHILD PROTECTION

3.1 Absolute Prohibition:

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors. This includes:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of sexual activity involving minors, including computer-generated imagery

4. ADULT CONTENT AND SEXUAL MATERIAL

4.1 Explicit Content Prohibition:

Young Streamers Lite is not an adult platform. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Pornographic Material: Sexually explicit content, including intercourse, masturbation, or sexual acts
  • Nudity and Partial Nudity: Content containing genitalia, female nipples, or sexually suggestive nudity
  • Sexually Suggestive Content: Content that simulates sexual activity or focuses on sexual body parts

4.2 Appropriate Attire:

Users must maintain appropriate attire during live streams that covers genital areas and female nipples at all times.

5. HARASSMENT AND HATEful CONDUCT

5.1 Harassment Definition:

We define harassment as targeted, unwanted, repeated behavior intended to distress, threaten, or intimidate another person. This includes:

  • Personal Attacks: Targeted insults, threats, or abuse based on personal characteristics
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability
  • Bullying: Repeated, unwanted behavior intended to intimidate, humiliate, or control another user
  • Doxing: Sharing private personal information without consent with malicious intent
  • Stalking: Repeated, unwanted contact or attention that causes fear

5.2 Hate Organizations:

Content that promotes or glorifies hate organizations, their ideologies, or symbols is strictly prohibited.

6. VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES

6.1 Violent Content:

Content that depicts, glorifies, or encourages violence is prohibited, including:

  • Graphic Violence: Extreme gore, mutilation, or brutal violence
  • Threats of Violence: Direct or indirect threats of physical harm against individuals or groups
  • Dangerous Challenges: Activities that may lead to serious injury or death
  • Animal Abuse: Content depicting cruelty towards animals
  • Self-Harm Content: Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies self-harm or suicide

6.2 Educational Context:

Content discussing violence in educational, documentary, or artistic contexts may be permitted with appropriate context and warnings, provided it doesn't glorify violence.

7. INTEGRITY AND AUTHENTICITY

7.1 Authentic Identity:

Users must maintain authentic identities and may not:

  • Impersonate other individuals or organizations
  • Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • Misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or affiliations

7.2 Spam and Scams:

Prohibited activities include:

  • Unsolicited commercial messages or spam
  • Phishing attempts or fraud schemes
  • Fake engagement services (view bots, like bots)
  • Misleading metadata or thumbnails

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Respect for Copyright:

Users must respect intellectual property rights and may not:

  • Broadcast content they don't own or have permission to use
  • Share pirated content or circumvention methods
  • Use unauthorized third-party content (music, videos, images) without permission

8.2 DMCA Compliance:

We respond to copyright infringement reports in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws worldwide.

9. VIRTUAL GIFTS AND MONETIZATION

9.1 Legitimate Transactions:
